Osimhen who is in loan with galatasaray is a target to many European giant clubs like Barcelona, Chelsea, PSG and arsenal. The Nigeria super star is having a great season at galatasaray. Nigeria super star Ademola Lookman has been name the best Africa player of the year 2024. Lookman who was nominated alongside Simon Adingra, Achraf Hakimi, and other African stars was named by the confederation of Africa football the winner of this year CAF men's player award. Lookman who have the best season of his career in 2024 won a Europa League with Atalanta scoring a hat-trick in the final match against Bayern Leverkusen, he was also instrumental to the super eagles campaign in the total energies Africa cup of the nations where he scored three goals and assisted one. He also finished 13th in the 2024 balloon dio ranking  This development have seen Nigeria players wins the award for the last two years, Victor osimhen won the award for the previous year  The award also marked a significant achievement of the young super eagles attacker in his career
